The Fulcrum Building - Mixed-Use Development

Year - 2019


As the name suggests, we wanted the building to represent a fulcrum, or pivot point, with cantilevered floors and a design that will inspire. We hope to be able to use mass timber construction and other green building practices. This is a 15,000 sf mixed-use project near downtown Beaverton which will have retail on the first level, apartments on the second, and an office suite for our client on the third level.
